1. Conditions

These general conditions govern the relationship between customers and Star-Way Informatique Sàrl. They apply to the products and services provided by Star Way-Informatique Sàrl, unless otherwise agreed has been made in writing in a particular case. The terms and conditions applicable are those in effect at the time of signing the contract or order confirmation. Excluded are any purchasing conditions of the buyer, even if they were sent to Star-Way Informatique Sàrl, unless they are included in the written order confirmation. All offers are without engagement. The order confirmation is decisive for the scope and execution of the delivery. Benefits that are not included are charged separately. The pictures of the items on the online shop of Star-Way Informatique Sàrl may differ from the goods actually delivered. These pictures are not contractual.

2. Data Backup

Data backup remains with the customer. An additional safeguard should be made and a test recovery by the customer when interventions are required on its systems or equipment. The client provides a suitable storage media backups. Star-Way Informatique Sàrl can not be held responsible for any consequences in case of data loss.

 
3. Professional secrecy

Star-Way Informatique Sàrl commits itself to take all measures necessary to ensure the confidentiality of all customer information. Star-Way Informatique Sàrl agrees not to access the data contained in the client system that does not relate to the work entrusted to him. Star-Way Informatique Sàrl agrees not to leave the premises without permission of confidential data. Star-Way Informatique Sàrl undertakes not to establish connection between the client computer and itself without permission. 4. Price

The agreed prices are net, paid in advance by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card.

5. Delivery

6. Warranty
